Level 1
  • In built LCD Monitor to track any errors and troubleshooting with the self-help manual
Level 2
  • Software based diagnosis with the help of PuREnergy Engineer from remote location
Level 3
  • Physical visit by PuREnergy Service engineer and on-site diagnosis
Level 4
  • In case of major defects, parts/components will be replaced for free of cost within the warranty period
